Rock Star

Chris Cole is a fan of the heavy metal band Steel Dragon. Once his workdays are over he fully indulges his passion by playing in the rock band he founded as a tribute to his idols. But as the mood within the band gradually sours, Chris receives an offer from Steel Dragon's guitarist to replace the band's singer. Thus begins a new life for Chris, far from the monotony, where money, drugs, girls and partying take on a central role at the expense of his friends' friendship and the love of Emily (Jennifer Aniston). This film is inspired by a true story, that of Tim Owens, a Judas Priest fan who became the band's singer after Rob Halford's departure.
