Anfang 2010 gründete Alan Nemtheanga (Primordial) eine Bathory-Tributband namens Twilight of the Gods. Neben Iscariah (ex-Immortal, Dead to This World) umfasst die Besetzung auch Nick Barker (Testament, Benediction, ex-Dimmu Borgir, Cradle of Filth), Blasphemer (ex-Mayhem, Aura Noir, Ava Inferi) und Patrik Lindgren (Thyrfing). Nemtheanga hatte ursprünglich geplant, ein Bathory-Tributkonzert mit seiner Band Primordial zu geben. Dies scheiterte jedoch, weil die Band „zu faul war, es richtig zu machen", weshalb er das Projekt mit befreundeten Musikern gründete.
